In the morning, we will be talking about what makes a great consultation and what to take into consideration when talking and listening to your clients. A client relies on you to know what would best fit all of their features and in this class we will be talking about skin tone, eye color, personality, existing hair color, color tones, underlying pigment in the skin, verbiage, reading personality, body language and even the initial handshake.
